My name is Janice Dusaran.  My journey to becoming a mortgage associate began when I became a homeowner myself.  I had little knowledge of mortgages, renewals, refinancing, fixed rates, etc.  Curiosity and high motivation to learn all aspects fueled within me the challenge of being part of the mortgage business.  For this reason, I aspire to ignite my innate desire to help individuals and families find a place to call home.
I have been working in an insurance company for 15 years.   My working background has solidified my goal to provide the best offer or alternative our clients have without bias.   Teaching clients about different programs we offer, providing options that work for them and obtaining client satisfaction are key points that show my deepest commitment and performance.
On a personal level, I love camping, hiking, travelling and gardening …. I truly believe learning a little bit about your personal preferences would motivate me not only to find you a home but also a community where you can thrive in.
