I was born in Ukraine, in Canada since 1993. Have economy degree from Ukraine.
Graduated paralegal college in Canada, worked at Harvey Swartz Law Firm as a real estate clerk for two years 2000-2002.
In 2002 I was employed as mortgage agent and secretary at CYR Mortgage corporation, Rena Malkah broker.  Graduated Seneca College as a mortgage agent and did not finish all courses for a mortgage broker certification.

Since 2002 I was trying couple of brokerages and now, I am at Mortgage Architects. During my mortgage agent career, I was running time to time some businesses. One of them is a group home for special needs children- 2011-2016.

I have knowledge and experience in residential, commercial, construction mortgages.  Working independently and have no issue with any situation to adjust and find solution for the clients.
The nature of my brand in the business is complicated all kind of the situations. Even couple of times I saved the clients from losing property after being evicted by sheriff.
I think I am good in solving problems, communications with the clients and giving detail best advise for the clients as well build the clients credit history and prepare the clients for the purchase even if it is taking sometimes.

Still improving my knowledge in the business by educating my self-time to  time by reading, listening finance professionals, bankers, economists.
