Hi there!  My name is Louise and I have been a mortgage consultant for over 30 years.  The mortgage industry has experienced many changes during this time from the numerous products which are available to consumers, to the government regulation changes to technology but most importantly the way consumers conduct their personal mortgage business.

I've made it my mission to listen carefully to my clients - and truly hear what they want and need.  When I fully understand their requirements, I analyze their situation and let my clients know their options.
Whether it be your first home or your last home, a purchase or a renewal, using equity to purchase an investment or a debt consolidation - I can arrange it for you.  In today's marketplace, there are many different mortgage products available to you, the consumer.  My job is to know the products and sift through them to come up with the one that is for you.

When I'm not busy with my clients...
I spend much of my free time with my adult children, friends and family.  I also volunteer my time in the community as President of the COBRA Swim Club, Brampton's competitive swim club, I am a Level 3 swim official, I am on the Board of Directors with Central Region of Swim Ontario and serve on the Brampton Sport Alliance.  My other joys are swimming, golf, gardening, theatre, reading, knitting and puzzles.  I enjoy a wide array of interests.
