With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I began my career as a Mortgage Underwriter with Accredited Home Lenders, where I developed a strong foundation in credit analysis, risk assessment, and loan structuring. I later advanced to the role of Account Executive, building strong broker relationships, increasing production volume, and gaining extensive knowledge of both conventional and non-conventional mortgage products.

When the subprime market collapsed, I used that pivotal moment as an opportunity to transition into mortgage brokering. Leveraging my deep understanding of credit bureaus, underwriting guidelines, and diverse loan programs, I built my business around providing strategic solutions tailored to each client’s unique financial situation. My experience allows me to identify opportunities others may overlook and to simplify what can often feel like a complex process.
