While my service is more than just placing your mortgage with a lender, there are no fees for my consultations, planning and mortgage placement (oac).  The lender we decide on pays compensation for the services and solution provided, and only after your mortgage has closed.  My ongoing service will include up-to-date information and insights on mortgage rates, market trends, new products, money-saving and wealth creation strategies.
