Matthew Dobson is a commercial finance specialist serving GTA businesses through Mortgage Architects. With over 20 years of institutional lending experience—including roles as Chief Credit Officer and VP of Sales at GE Capital and TD Bank—Matthew brings credit structuring and closing expertise to owner-occupied commercial mortgages and business financing across the Greater Toronto Area.

He combines commercial credit expertise with strategic structuring to help capital-intensive businesses secure the mortgage financing they need to grow. Born and raised in Toronto, Matthew has served on a Casa Loma condo board since 2019 and lives in midtown Toronto with his wife and teenage son. A Western University grad, he's also an active supporter of youth hockey in the GTA.
