Hi, my name is Joyce and I look forward to working with you but first let me introduce myself.  Prior to becoming a Mortgage Broker at Mortgage Architects, I was in the fast paced fashion industry for over 20 years.  This is where I mastered my skills for meeting deadlines, creative thinking and problem solving.  I was able to tailor these skills into my successful mortgage business. 
My goal is to make your home ownership a reality.  Like fashion, nothing is one size fits all and mortgages are the same.  I understand that each client is unique, and my goal to understand your individual needs and then implement the most cost effective financing solutions.
Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin.
