My name is Glaiza! 

I'm a homeowner and a business owner. I have been in the financial industry since 2019, particularly

Insurance Industry. I love helping people with their financial needs. I know from experience how stressful and hard it can be to find someone to trust and to help during one of the biggest investments in one’s life. I was introduced to a mortgage broker nine years ago, and the process was much easier and had more options than what the bank was offering. I studied the Mortgage Associate Course as I'm always looking to improve my knowledge as this industry evolves quickly and I want to be your best resource.

As a Mortgage Planner, I can find and help you get the perfect mortgage that fits your needs.

My goal is to give you the knowledge and strong honest advice for your situation to make your

best decision. We, together, can work on your financial situation to prepare you for your mortgage

needs. I will accompany you in all the steps from the beginning until the end and provide you with all the

support that you need for your mortgage decision. Giving you the better rates and service that you deserve!

Outside of work, you can find me staying at home watching and playing with my two sons together with

my loving and supportive husband, especially on weekends. I love to cook and bake their favorites. We

love to go out and explore outside.
