MA broker Scott Peckford's newest initiative aims to educate and empower brokers

Passionate about the industry and innovative in his approach to improve his business as a broker, Kelowna-BC based Mortgage Architects broker Scott Peckford recently launched “I Love Mortgage Brokering,” a weekly podcast in which two successful brokers across Canada are interviewed by Scott in thirty-minute segments.

What drove Scott to start “I Love Mortgage Brokering” was to personally enhance his own business by learning from the industry’s best and to give back by providing an open knowledge network that his fellow mortgage brokers can also use to improve their business.

“Talking to top producers inspires me and fires me up with what is possible. Even though some of my guests have drastically different business models I find I can always find something I can apply and learn.”

The plan going forward is to interview 100 of the country’s top producers over the next year – providing more opportunities for Scott and his fellow brokers to learn from the best and improve their own respective business models and strategies.
