Bob is one of the most successful executives in the mortgage industry. Bob was President of a national mortgage brokerage firm where he amalgamated 5 regional Ontario firms, and is recognized as having built a truly national operation that successfully delivered results. He was also one of the architects of FirstLine, the largest broker originator in Canada. After delivering exceptional results in both mortgage brokering and lending, Bob was inducted into the Mortgage Hall of Fame by the Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders (CIMBL) in 2004.

Alice Chan - MBA, AMP - Senior Vice-President alice.chan@mtgarc.ca

Alice Chan has over 20 years experience in the financial and mortgage industry with various trust companies and major chartered banks. At Mortgage Architects and with a previous brokerage firm she led the compliance and operations teams and provided strategic input on all IT projects, essentially managing the day-to-day operations of the firm and strategic relationships with lenders and suppliers. In addition to directing the business at the corporate level, Alice has had considerable success working with elite mortgage brokers to develop business plans and several model office concepts that ensure optimum business efficiency and excellent customer service.

Meini Ickert - AMP - Vice-President National Sales meini.ickert@mtgarc.ca

Meini Ickert has over 30 years of financial industry experience, much of which was spent fostering mortgage brokerage channel growth for a major Canadian bank. His unparalleled expertise, integrity, commitment and standard of excellence are ideally suited to establish Mortgage Architects as a frontrunner in the Canadian mortgage market. Meini has had considerable success developing strong broker relationships through exceptional and value-added service, and by partnering with key industry groups. He has successfully attracted some of the best brokers in the business to Mortgage Architects. In 2007, the Mortgage Brokers Association of BC (MBABC) presented Meini with an Outstanding Contribution Award in recognition of his involvement with the association, particularly for his dedication to educational-oriented activities. In 2008, the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Planners (CAAMP) presented Meini with an Outstanding Contribution Award that also recognized his contribution to the mortgage industry in Western Canada.

Kelly Neuber - MBA - VP Marketing kelly.neuber@mtgarc.ca

Kelly Neuber has over 25 years of marketing experience in the financial services industry. She has worked with several financial institutions including Central Guaranty Trust, Scotiabank, Global Strategy, and CHIP. She also spent several years as a Marketing and Strategic Planning Consultant, during which time she co-authored The Financial Advisor at the Epoch, a unique forward thinking and idea-packed book for financial advisors. In 2002 she joined Mortgage Intelligence as VP Marketing where she introduced marketing and other business services for over 1,000 mortgage consultants, and launched client communication programs for GMAC Residential Funding. She joined Mortgage Architects in 2006, developing and launching the brand and overseeing all product and corporate communications projects. Kelly has an MBA in marketing and finance from McMaster University.

Suzanna Stefanec - AMP - National Director of Products suzanna.stefanec@mtgarc.ca

Suzanna Stefanec has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years, and has worked for national lenders and brokerage firms in various sales capacities where she consistently exceeded planned volumes. She has had great success helping mortgage brokers increase volumes through sales and marketing programs, business plans, and training sessions. As National Director of Products she keeps the company's brokers up to date on lender attributes, product features, niche products, lender/insurer guidelines, and provides timely market updates. Suzanna's financial services experience also includes CIBC Mortgages, London Life, Peoples Trust, along with experience as an underwriter and a licensed mortgage broker in British Columbia.

Luisa Simonetti - MBA - RVP Quebec luisa.simonetti@archyp.ca

Luisa Simonetti has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry in several disciplines, including human resources, training, change management, branch and sales management. She has worked for several leading financial services companies including GE Capital, National Bank, Royal Trust, and NationsBank of Texas. Luisa joined Mortgage Architects in 2006 to develop the Quebec market and establish the first offices in Atlantic Canada. As Regional VP of Quebec, Luisa uses her multi-faceted experience and strong management skills to provide core support to the company's lead and associate planners, recruit qualified planners to the Quebec team, and develop relationships with Quebec lenders. Luisa has a Bachelor of Education from Concordia University and a Masters in Business Management & Finance from the University of Texas.

Glen Ward - AMP - RVP Atlantic Canada & Eastern Ontario glen.ward@mtgarc.ca

As Regional VP of Atlantic Canada & Eastern Ontario Glen provides core support to the Mortgage Architects' network of lead and associate planners, and assists with recruiting qualified planners to the Mortgage Architects team. Glen has over fifteen years of financial industry experience, ten of which were spent successfully building and developing the brokerage market in the Atlantic region. Previous to working in the mortgage industry, Glen worked for two major Canadian banks where he earned his PFP desigation. Glen has both a BA and BSC from Dalhousie University.

Joe Fakhri - Chief Information Officer joe.fakhri@mynext.com

As the VP of Technology, Joe is responsible for leading strategy development and implementation of all technology initiatives. Prior to myNext, Joe was Manager, e-Business Solutions at Maritz Canada, where his responsibility was to lead and deliver custom desktop and mobile solutions to a variety of Maritz' clients including Scotia, CIBC, RIM, Ford, Nissan, Home Depot, Direct Energy and IBM. His portfolio of delivered business applications was highly concentrated on the financial and automotive sectors in addition to channel enablement and marketing services.

Before joining Maritz, Joe was Senior Project Manager at Nissan Canada where he primarily focused on leadership and management of B2B applications for Nissan Dealers across Canada. Joe holds a Bachelor in Software Engineering and Business Management in addition to a Masters in Software Engineering both from McMaster University.
